Nothing is being sold on this site yet. Hold You To It is not currently open for subscriptions, and no payment of any kind is collected here. Joining the waitlist below costs nothing and commits you to nothing — it only tells us where to send an email when the product launches.
This page is an interim placeholder, published so that the "regulamin" — the document that will govern a live commitment contract under Polish law — is not simply absent. The full regulamin, including its description of the money consequence a signed contract carries, will be reviewed and published before the first subscription is ever offered. Nothing on this page describes a contract you can sign today.
What a regulamin is
A regulamin is the standard-form document a Polish business publishes to state the terms under which it provides a service — equivalent in purpose to a terms-of-service agreement, but a named, specific legal instrument under Polish consumer-protection law. When Hold You To It begins offering subscriptions, the full regulamin will set out exactly what a subscriber agrees to: the behaviour they commit to track, how it is verified, the money consequence for a missed commitment, and the process for disputing a decision.
The 7-day money-back terms
When paid subscriptions begin, every new subscriber will be entitled to a full refund of their subscription payment if they request it within 7 days of that payment, for any reason or no reason at all. This applies to the subscription fee itself — it is separate from, and does not describe, the terms of any individual commitment a subscriber later signs.
What this page does not do
This page does not create, offer, or describe a live contract. It does not collect payment information. It does not obligate a waitlist signup to anything beyond receiving one email when the product launches, and that email includes a working link to stop receiving further messages at any time.
